CIMSEE provides onsite Project Management for engineering, manufacturing or some site construction work. If you plan to move a manufacturing site from one area to another area within the plant, Project Management Consultant will provide the tools for the move to be properly scheduled for success. If you are moving a manufacturing facility from one city to another, project management services will provide the necessary tools on site to make the move go smoothly. CIMSEE can manage the project in total or can provide assistance to internal personnel. New manufacturing lines also can benefit from CIMSEE Project Management. Facilities layout work can be provided during the Project Management process. Facilities layouts are provided in AutoCad format.

Engineering projects become burdened by the technical challenge at hand and do not dwell on the structure of parallel engineering or designing for manufacturing. Project Management from CIMSEE will provide the structure to keep engineers on track.

Program management is a sequence of projects proving a significant larger scale then Project Management. Government contractors providing equipment to the government under contract may want to provide independent consulting tools to evaluate the progress or lack of progress in meeting contractual obligations. Government agencies may want an independent evaluation of performance of a government contractor. Do government agencies meet the long range strategic goals of the program and are they providing continuous improvement through their subcontractors.
